Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the service, operated by Ofer Mustigman. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Version dated July 10, 2026

What the service is

The service is a reminder tool. You create your own reminders; the service delivers them over the channel you chose and keeps reminding you until you confirm. That is all the service does.

Eligibility

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the service you confirm you are at least 18.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping control of your account and of the channel your reminders are delivered to (such as your WhatsApp or Telegram account). Anyone with access to that channel can see your reminders.

Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful purposes only. Don't use it for harassment, unlawful content, or harming others, and don't attempt to disrupt it or circumvent its limits.

Not a medical service

The service is not a medical device and not a healthcare service. It provides no medical advice and is no substitute for guidance from your doctor or pharmacist. Decisions about your medication and your health belong to you and your care team; the service only helps you remember what you have already decided.

Best-effort delivery

Reminders are delivered over third-party networks (such as WhatsApp and Telegram) that we do not control. We work to deliver every message, but we cannot promise that any given message will arrive, or arrive on time. Do not rely on the service as your only safeguard in any situation where a missed or late message could cause serious harm, including life-critical medication.

A free service

The service is free, and every feature is available to every user at no charge. If we ever offer paid support tiers, they grant nothing beyond our gratitude: everything stays free for everyone. If you buy a support tier as a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; contact us and we'll refund you.

Privacy

How we collect and process personal data is explained on the Data & Privacy page. Storing and delivering your reminder content (which may include health-related information you chose to enter) happens only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by deleting the reminder or your account. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change the service or these terms. We'll announce material changes to the terms on the site or over your chosen channel a reasonable time in advance. The current version and its date appear at the top of this page.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account and all its data at any time under Settings → "Your data". We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any harm resulting from a message that failed to arrive or arrived late, or from any interruption, change, or discontinuation of the service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim and ₪100. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections under the law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
