Canceling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal: there are no further charges, and the subscription features remain available until the end of the period already paid for.

The 14-day refund

Your first purchase is refundable in full within 14 days of the charge, on request, for every user. For consumers in the EU and the UK this is the statutory right of withdrawal, and for consumers in Israel it is the distance-sale cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Law.

Renewal charges

Forgot to cancel? Contact us within 14 days of a renewal charge and we'll refund it. A charge made in error is always refunded.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the site's contact form. Refunds go back to the original payment method, through the payment provider that processed the charge, within 14 days of your request.
